With the K3 inksets that have become available in the last 3 years, pigmented ink printing is now the format that provides by far the best light-fastness and overall archival stability. There are more support options (e.g. rag paper, RC paper, polyester, and fabric) and a wider color gamut than any other form of digital printing. Pigmented ink prints surpass other digital formats in image quality, sharpness, saturation, and neutrality.
